Poya has experienced all levels of creativity from artists' positions to management, to dealing with clients and leading teams of people of tightened projects.

Head Of Investment
Shankardass, a former director and screenwriter, became a pivotal figure in film production and finance. Serving as CEO of Victory, he negotiated extensive film deals, managing about $300 million in film funding for notable movies like "K-19 The Widowmaker" and "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol". He's advised globally on tax-efficient film production structures and developed entertainment funds worldwide. Additionally, he held long-term deals with Lions Gate Films. He's also recognized as an Ambassador of Peace for the Harvey Ball Foundation for His Holiness the Dalai Lama..
